I am looking for a one day course to help a relatively junior member of staff improve her assertiveness/self confidence. She's an administrator, aged 25 who is not 'shy' but does lack confidence in herself and her own abilities/opinions etc.
We are based in Bristol, but I'd be happy for her to travel e.g. to London or Birmingham.
