Our company is gearing up it's approach to effective online assessments. Our team are already building online assessments which meet the compliance standards for our industry (FSA included), however we are increasingly having to outsource to less skilled teams in the company to support some projects. So I have been tasked with researching potential training providers...something which is proving to be quite a challenge. The only company I have located so far is Trainer1. (If at all possible we need to avoid internal upskill - significant lack of time from the principle developers).
Specifically we are looking for a provider who can offer training on:
- how to create effective online assessments
- how to word assessment questions effectively
- how question banks can be best utilised
Can anyone provide any leads for me to look into please?

I’ve recenty completed a project which required two online assessments; the chap who did this (I didn’t, so this is not a "pick-me, pick-me" self advertising puff but a genuine recommendation) was a man by the name of Bruce Hand.
The client was a global brand UK arm and they were sufficiently impressed to come back again this year for a repeat performance!
