Good Morning,
I am currently looking at the existing selection centre we have in process for our Tele & Field based sales roles.
I am looking for a fresh and new activity that truly demonstrates excellent communication / listening skills.
I have a few idea's written down however would really appreciate any suggestions on activities that you have carried out that have really highlighted the excellent natural communicators.
I would also be keen to know if the communication / listening exercise has delivered successful candidates that have then gone on to deliver the same standard of excellence when they have started in their sales role.
Any help would be appreciated...

without an idea of what you currently do, it is not realistic to suggest something "fresh and new".
I have designed a UK wide Assessment Centre each year for a major multinational, so I've used a range of behavioural activities, both group and one to one, but I'd need a bit more to go on in order to give any sensible suggestions, feel free to PM me if you want to have a voice chat
