Behavioural Training

default-16x9

I'm looking to produce a workshop which will develop managers in the effective behaviours which are critical for their role e.g. sales focused, planning & org, leadership, drive & personal development, developing others....do you have any suggestions around games/activities/resources or approaches that will allow me to do this?

thanks

  1. how long have you got?
    Hi Craig
That is a pretty exhaustive list for one workshop!

The “Business Minefield” is an exercise that can be used to touch on most of these areas…you can download a copy of the exercise instruction from http://www.coach-and-courses.com on the “Downloadable Resources” page
    Good luck

  2. Big task to take on!
You have a big job ahead of you on this one, however it is quite feasible to do.

Best bet would be to do as already suggested and source some suitable materials – I have used a few over the years and a very effective technique is priority ranking managment behaviours and values (by the managers themselves) and there are plenty of tools available for this.

One I like and would be suitable for a first attempt at this would be the rapid assessment tool designed by the criterion partnership (relatively inexpensive and very easy to use)http://www.criterionpartnership.co.uk

try getting in contact with them and see how that works for you,

    regards,

    john.
