Best way to allocate coach to agent

I am looking at the best way to allocate coaching resource to a floor of Collections advisors. I am considering using 'colours' to match the style of advisor to the coach that works best with that style, also toying with VAKS....

Any ideas? What works best?

    If your Collections agents are aware that they will be receving 1:1 coaching to help in their performance, why not ask them to choose their coach? You may wish to provide information about each coach so they have some background on which to base their decision on. 

    We hold an Internal Coaching Service within our organisation and we use this method to match coachees to their coach.
