Peter your question is so broad its difficult for anyone to know where to start. Do you want the delegates to be trained on the technical side of how to do it? or why to do it? or how to feed back or what?
If you are asking us to identify and solve your training objectives and analysis for you then thats a lot to ask.
The analysis you need to conduct is a training needs analysis and the objectives should be SMART and identified from that.
