I work for Scottish Enterprise Glasgow (Local Enterprise Comapny)and I have a remit of working with agencies across the city to devlop strategies to reduce level of unemployment amongst the refugee community. One of the areas we are looking at is building up the capacity of agencies delivering careers guidance to provide specialist guidance to refugees e.g accredition of qualifications etc. Therefore, I wondered if anyone had done any work in this field - any info would be much appreciated.
