Clerical Development Program

Clerical or Administrative Assistants normally do not receive much attention on training and developing their careers.

I welcome any ideas or suggestions
on what I should cover for a 2-day workshop on training clerical staff so that they may be more effective.
How can I make the training interesting for them?
