I'm converting some open learning to a facilitated event (please don't tell on me). I would like to include useful videos/exercises to make the event more interactive. Do you have any suggestions - particularly good videos.

if looks could kill

There is a video called “If looks could kill” which is an old training video for customer service.
There are a couple of scenes where a conflict/difficlt conversation is played out in different ways by the same people.
The whole video may be too much for your needs but the scenes could be just what you are after.

This is a pretty good video from VideoArts with a few of the old faces – Hugh Laurie, Dawn French et al. It covers three aspects of difficult conversations over poor performance:
– Establish gap
– Explore reasons for gap
– Agreeing how to address gap
Worth it for Mr Merton alone!
