I have been facilitating, coaching and training various individuals and organizations of numerious self help and soft skills programs for over 6 years now. Today I stand at the crossroads and am venturing out on my own, and need to understand how best I can add value, in terms of what services would be most needed enmass! I am currently in UAE, and wish to serve the Middle East region.

Hi, congratulations on your venture. I work in this region too and notice trends in requests for training and organisational development, the first has been about for some time – the issue of nationalization, government quota approaches to this have failed and organisations are looking to implement succession plans for employees who are nationals. This ties in with the second trend, an increase in requests for competency based initiatives particularly in the areas of performance management and recruitment/selection.
