Customer Service free Downloading video’s

Hi everybody,

I am looking for any Customer Service video material that I can download onto my PC. I have enough handouts and Powerpoint slides. I would like a video to let my delegates watch. I have seen some good ones on you tube but they are not downloadable. Sadly i do not have any good book/video store within 500km's either.

Video arts now allow you to downoad short clips from their training videos……there are some potentially useful ones from "If Looks Could Kill".

Alternatively (I know you said that you don’t have any "good" book/video shops within 500km) how about some TV shows/entertainment videos……The Two Ronnies Fork ‘Andles sketch, something from Open All Hours, Fawlty Towers, Only Fools and Horses, Jingle All The Way…..these are probably available to you in the local shops or on Sky/Cable (yes, they are copywrite…….)

I have looked hard for videos short and longer on these and other organisational topics.

It has proven to be a surprisingly hard thing to track down ‘decent’ ones.

Eighteen on customer issues are on my website.

If anyone wants a list of the 100 in total just let me know offline.
