We currently run instructor led courses on Office, however due to a drain on resources I am now looking to replace these with CBT's. However our needs are specific, and rather than using an "off the shelf" CBT, was wondering if anyone knew of any that were customisable, so that I can select the areas/topics that my staff will cover. This means I can then keep the CBT's in line with the old instructor led courses.
The Package ideally needs to be networked based as our Intranet is not yet up and running.

There are a lot of companies around that offer this – one that I know of is Called Smartforce – Sarah Hawkins would be a person to be in contact with. I have trained people to use their product at Transport for London
My choice
I was in the same situation, but with very little $$, and found Infosource to be a great fit. Their number is 1-800-393-4636. My contact is John Wagner ext. 182 Their support has been outstanding as well. They are located in Florida, but we use a portal they set up on the Internet.
