I have been invited to provide a 60 minute presentation on “Down Scaling Methodologies” focussing on how some project methodologies over the years have become over-complicated due to copying, new inclusions, revised procedures and new templates etc.

The purpose of the presentation is to provide an insight on how things can be simplified and how organisations can and should adapt their approach to the management of projects, to suit the context in which they operate and provide the best "fit for purpose" process.
