E-learning issue

default-16x9

Iam a currently in my final year at university studying business studies and have chosen to conduct my dissertation from a HR point of view, with special reference to e-learning. Iam looking at one company in particular which is a construction company and trying to identify whether they have any use for e-learning in their training strategy. I would be most grateful if you know of any useful information available on this particular topic - websites, books, reports.
I hope to hear from you i appreciate any help you can offer.

regards

  1. Free Seminar
I received some information from an organisation called ebc – I think they produce e-learning solutions and they are offering a free seminar in Manchester on 7th February. It aims to give you an in-sight into real world implecations of e-learning, demystify the process and show some solutions. I think that they are after selling their products, however the seminar is free and there is no need to spend any money. Their website addres is http://www.ebc.co.uk.

  2. Try the CITB
The Construction Industry Training Board provide a lot of e-learning and they should really be your first port of call.

I can let you have a free article called ‘Searching Questions to Ask When Selecting E-learning’ which may help you identify the problems. Email me.
