E-learning
At the present time there are no manadatory bodies but a lot of organisations assisting in the development. Training is unregulated other than through accreditation in any event and it would be hard to view any ‘body’ which could legislate over the wide variety of training there is.
Can you advise further? You obviously have something in mind behind the question? Is it the IT side of regulations, data that you are enquiring about?
