I'm looking for a software package that can be used in-house, that can be used to collate information and manipulate data from our Employee Feedback Survey. Ideally, it will be able to produce customised reports for the various parts of the business. It needs to be customisable so we can make sure its compatible with the method we currently use.

Hi Felicity, I use a flexible software package that is user-friendly for 360 feedback and it can be used for team and organisational surveys. This can be administered via paper, disk, email or the intra/internet.
I also have bought another software package that is also flexible and quite easy to use. This also can be administered on a munber of media formats.

MMT are an independent supplier of e learning solutions and one of the products we supply is a questionnaire and evaluation tool called Keypoint.
This product allows questionnaires & surveys to be sent via e-mail or a web site and then automatically collates responses into a database which can then be manipulated to produce desired information.
