I will be delivering a customer service skills programme to a group of 10 delegates. Half will be 'Head Office' and half will be 'branch staff'. I'm looking for a fun 'after lunch' energiser ( a couple in fact as it's a two day course) that will help break down barriers between the two. It's a them and us and I want something that will make them into a 'we'.
