European training provision

default-16x9

Hi Looking to deliver training across a mix of European countries (core management skills plus personal effectiveness focused) - can anyone recommend good providers with international reach and off the shelf products that can be delivered in country in local language. I have limited resource so do not want to look yet at developing bespoke solutions. thanks Sarah

  1. Management Centre Europe
    Hi Sarah!

Management Centre Europe (the EMEA arm of the American Management Association) offer courses in the subjects you mention, both from the Brussels-based training centre and locally across Europe. If they don’t offer a public course in a specific location, then they can deliver an in-house version on your own premises, which may actually work out more cost effective in the long run.

I should point out that I used to work for them between 2005 and 2008, but although no longer associated with them, I’m happy to recommend their work.

  2. Have you considered e-learning?
    Hi Sarah

With a geographically dispersed audience and limited resources, I would recommend you consider e-learning as a way to meet your needs.

If you are interested in finding suppliers who can provide e-learning courses for you, you can post your requirements for free on the E-learning List – http://www.e-learninglist.co.uk/elearningcourses.php
You should give as much detail as you can – courses you want, countries you need to deliver in, user numbers, and ideally an indication of your budget. You will then get responses from a range of companies that will be able to help you.

You are not commiting to anything – it is simply a way to open up a conversation with people who can help you.

    I hope this helps.

  3. International outreach
There’s a company I came across called Rhema who have people in place locally delivering their programmes throughout Europe. They would be worth a call.

I sell ready made programmes that you could have translated, but you would still need a local trainer to deliver.

People Development Team have a trainer fluent in French who delivers ILM and other training too (excellent trainer, I’ve seen him in action but only in English).

    Good luck,
    Carolyn

  4. European provision
    Hi Sarah

I suggest some one whom I know recommend and who has also worked for MCE he speaks French, German, and Dutch and has access to other langauages through associates. Dealing with him direct should save you a lot of money. His name is Alfons Ameel and can be contacted at:[email protected] if you could mention my name that would be great.

    Kind regards

  5. European Training Provision
There’s a company I know called Morgan Clarke who do delivery in local languages in most of Europe. They do a lot of leadership and business skills type work, so I assume they would have courses ready to go. Speak to John Baldwin. Their website is

  6. Sourcing European training provision
Hi Sarah, I would recommend that you use www. toptrainingbroker.com. This is an online venue connecting training buyers with training providers. It’s FREE for Buyers and should save you time, effort and money. All you do is register, post your T&D need as a project, state a deadline for replies and detail any other criteria e.g location, language, timeframe, accreditation. You can then get on with other work and request project reply alerts. Then just view your replies and sort them by a number of criteria; experience, capability, price etc. You can choose who to contact and make an informed choice. They even protect your business identity to prevent cold calling etc. Some of my clients are using it and have said that its simple to use and effective. (I’ve now registered as a provider and they verified my application details eg. experience / client testimonials and proof of qualifications, so there is vetting and checking to quality assure providers before they can register). Hope this is useful.

    Best wishes
    David
