I have been doing tailored 360 appraisals for small numbers of clients for several years - usually as part of a management development or coaching programme.
I have just out in a bid that woudl have me doing too many to process by hand as in the past. So.....
I wonder if anyone in the community would like toshare experience of computerised versions. I need a vehicle that can be adminstered either by paper, standalone PC, intranet or internet; one that might have a 'question bank' and to which I can add my own questions; one that produces simple and eye-catching summaries of responses that indicate any sefl/others differences and any differences between peer/boss/subordinate opinions....
..if you ask for the world you never know, you might find it :-)

I’ve used a variety of 360 instruments over the years and can heartily endorse Talent Innovation’s tool (see http://www.talentinnovations.co.uk). It has worked smoothly over the net in a project I’m involved with, has the facility to add your own questions, and produces detailed but clear and visually smart reports.
