Hi fellow members, Does anyone have a proven role play/ activity for dealing with difficult people in groups. Looking for some help for a classroom based group of new managers. Thank you

    Can I just check – are you looking for ideas on dealing with difficult people who are in groups (eg a group of learners, a team of staff etc)

    or

    ideas on how to cover this topic with a group of people?
