I’ve not gone through all the recent features, so I hope these don’t replicate stuff you’ve already done….
How about something looking at whether training is still the poor relation of HR? and what can be done about it – if anything?
Or where training might fit in to the corporate social responsibility agenda?
Training and engagement – how do they fit together?
and finally – trainers and CPD – how do they keep themselves up to date? Is delivery of training enough? or is there much, more to do?
