The 4th International Competency Conference is described by the organisers as "an ideal learning opportunity for your entire project team".

    It`s difficult use coaching at an competitive invironment, as at a call centre, withoout time to speak, seeing every time the individual and team ratio (only numbers…), and working with a high pressure.
