Game to demonstrate the need for adaptation

Dear Friends,

I have to make a presentation about a company which failed because it didn't adapt to the new environment of the market. I am interested in conducting a game with the audience which demonstrates the need for adaptation when environment changes. Could you suggest me any activities? Thank you !
