We are going to be creating a Learning Management System that will provide details of and access to a portfolio of leadership/management training and development opportunities for all levels of employees.
We will need to populate a leadership map with the options that will cover each topic area - these would be a combination of courses, seminars, workshops, e learning,e seminars, reading, web sites etc.
What we are looking for is a service that will help us find a selection of training providers and content for every topic we want to cover i.e. Managing for Value, Creating Strategic Focus, Negotiating Skills etc.
We need the service to be able to cover a global reach - not just the UK. Is there one out there and how can we access it?
