Evaluation

Now that you've learned something, did you think it was worth it? How much of it will you retain? How will it change your working practices? How, in turn, will this affect the productivity and bottom line of your business? These are all evaluation questions. There are many models out there, the most famous of these being the Kirkpatrick Four Levels.
