I am looking to create a pre-induction learning needs checklist to give to learners before starting with the company and I am trying to find some guidelines to this, e.g. if they require handouts on coloured paper, so I am able to support anyone with individual learning needs.
I have tried using various websites like www.bdadyslexia.org.uk/ to see if they have any set guidelines but couldn’t find anything.
So if anyone has somewhere to point me on the right track it would be appreciated. Once I have completed the document I will be happy to share it with the TrainingZone crowd.

Why not just ask the employees if they have any specific requirements that will help facilitate their learning. It would probably be very difficult and time consuming to think of all possible eventualities and requirements.
