Custom doc courseware
We are in the process of a 2000 roll-out and we have purchased custom doc to generate our courseware.
It is easy to use altho’ I am still learning about its features.
The quality of courseware produced is good. It has a skills assessor program which is useful for delegates. You can generate electronic and paper-based exercises and manuals. There is a wide range of applications.
There seem to be an intial problem with installation at first. The customer service response was not too great but since the program has been up and running it has proven to be quite a valuable tool.
