Helping new graduates learn about firm’s services

default-16x9

I'm delivering an induction on Monday (Sept 17) for our new graduates and am stuck on how to give them a quick interactive overview of our firm's services and products (real estate advisory). I have 30 minutes and 60 graduates (sitting at eight tables in groups of 7-8). It would be great if it were quick, punchy and interactive. Any ideas?

Thank you.

One Response

  1. get them to do the work!
put a selection of company literature on each table and give each table group a “client” (if you are real estate brokers this could be “a young couple with a baby and one on the way”, a “retiring couple with a three bedroom house”, an “elderly widow with a four bed house with an acre of garden”, “a small businessman looking for a buy to let residential property” etc etc
give them 20 minutes to come up with a 1 minute playlet enacting “What we could do for them”
Each group does their playlet for all others to see
