High Flyer Programmes

default-16x9

I currently run an in-company High Flyer programme and we are looking to enhance the programme by designing a variety of inputs to the programme to supplement the on-job learning and development already taking place. What interventions have other companies used and how effective have they been in adding value to the programme for the participants?

I can certainly make some recommendations based on our experience of setting up and project managing a Future Leader programme for a major pharmaceutical as well as other stuff to share.

Please email me direct to establish communication.

We currently work with four large organisations, two public, two private ‘Blue Chip’. We have designed and accredited programmes for them based on their strategic business plans.

As two have used the programmes very differently we can talk you through some of those experiences and see if they are relevant to your needs.

Please either email tbdgloballtd@aol.com or phone 0870 241 3998 and ask to speak to one of the directors, (Bob, Sue and Toni)as all three have worked on these projects.

    Best of luck
