Hello
I am looking at ways various companies manage their talent, I was hoping someone could give me direction in this area as although I have 2 case studies I really need at least 5 to get an overall feel for this topic. Any weblinks or pdfs etc would be hugely appreciated.

Hello Marc, I think to get a better return on your searches you may need to define what talent is. I work with one organisation whose performance management processes seek to focus on identifying and developing the unique talents of all employees. This is because their industry is not particularly attractive and they find it hard to recruit.
