I work for Portman Building Society and I am designing a 1 day workshop for the branch network aimed at increasing business to the Society from inbound calls. Very often we simply give the information requested then let them leave. I am looking for any content ideas together with famous quotes from people relating to missed opportunities.

Increase business by way of making appointments for the mortgage and financial consultants is the aim.
