Innovation – Blue Ocean


Hoping to run a programme on Innovation specifically Blue Ocean. The programme will be aimed for our clients as a training programme but also so that we can use it as an opportunity to get feedback on what our clients think we can do to improve. we want to sell it as a training course so that they attend and would like to use a "name" or a well-known institution that will entice our clients.
any suggestions?

  1. Blue Ocean Innovation
    If you are wedded to the Blue Ocean concept and want a ‘name’ then why not go to the horse’s mouth: the INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute.
    As you are looking at innovation I feel honour bound to suggest that you think laterally yourself and, although the Blue Ocean approach is a good one, don’t limit your horizons too soon.

    …this is going to sound horrendously negative..

    is it not ironic that when we want to sell something that is all about “innovation” we feel that our clients will want a tried and tested, trusted name or institution to front it?
