Tuesday 21 April saw the launch of Fosway Group's updated 9-Grid for talent management systems.
From the official press release: "The new 9-Grid™ illustrates the progress of key providers in the European market in the last 12 months, including some new additions. The model helps buyers understand which solutions are best for their requirements, based on five dimensions of potential, performance, presence, total cost of ownership, and future trajectory. 9-Grid™ is the only market analysis of this kind focused on organisations in Europe."
The launch of the new TMS 9-Grid was to coincide with the launch of Fosway Group, formerly Elearnity, reflecting "the company’s new remit across the full spectrum of next generation HR, talent and learning, and consolidates its position as the #1 HR analyst in Europe." Cornerstone and SuccessFactors are once again considered the 'Strategic Leaders' of the pack, with IBM Kenexa and Oracle classed as 'Strategic Challengers'. Saba and SumTotal also performed well according to the new matrix's ranking.
Commenting on the relaunch as Fosway group, CEO David Wilson said: ‘The launch of our new practice is recognition of the analyst work we have been doing in HCM and talent for a number of years. HR is undergoing a radical change, which is profoundly impacting its strategy, technology and processes. The lack of European-focused analysis and insight is a significant challenge for companies, and we intend to address that.’'
