I've been asked to develop some middle management training focusing on the issues and difficulties associated with interviewing potential employees who may have a range of disabilities. I would be grateful for a few pointers on issues and techniques, and any other information that might be applicable to attitudes and behaviours towards disabled employees.

We represent a producer who has made an excellent disability awareness programme called ‘’Disability Confident’’. The programme cover areas such communication, legislation and discrimination.
