As with all standards it reflects an organisations processes to fulfil a structured approach. I have heard a great deal about the IiP and support the principles. I am, however, keen to evaluate the tangible and measurable benefits to the organisation from working towards the standard and the cost of achieving it. I would like to hear from anyone who has already embarked on this journey to identify what benefits they have achieved and how this was measured within their own organisation. Any information from a company who has actually sought and achieved the standard would help me to identify whether this would be an appropriate and beneficial path to follow.
