Can anyone recommend someone to implement IS0 9000 at a small engineering firm in the North of England? They want someone who is very practical and who will make ISO 9000 work for them, rather than some geezer who will simply tell them everything they’re doing wrong and throw loads of paperwork at them.
Self recommendations welcome, but please include details of a satisfied client whom my client could contact for a reference.

Have you had a look on http://www.trainerbase.co.uk. There are 30 ISO9000 trainers registered. Not exactly a recommendation but may be a place to start.
