Help with achieving BS 15000
Hi Tony, just found your request on this website.
My company specialises in consultancy and training in BS 15000 and ITIL service management – and we’re Scottish based!
Just for brief background we are leaders in the world-wide rollout of training of consultants and auditors in BS 15000 and have been involved in helping several organisations achieve certification.

I looked in to the viability of such schemes for my own business to discover it is demanding on staff time, resources and liaising with the assessors in order to adapt the company and get suitable systems in place.
I therefore decided this route was not for me because the time required would detract from my key business activities which are well documented.
I came to the conclusion it is more suited for larger SMEs rather than the smaller businesses/SOHOs.
I feel it is useful if it can add value to marketing strategies in the sectors you serve.
Undoubtedly you will know whether the time and costs involved are necessary for the growth of your business.
