Leading Edge Customer Service Training

Can anyone recommend a supplier of leading edge customer service/organisational development training.

This is to help with development of
Customer service culture as part of an organisational development programme.

I am not looking for "customer service training" per say, more how to analyse organisational performance and improve this through customer service.

If that makes any sense !!

  1. Clarifying point?
    So Steve, would you say that you are looking for someone who will help you develop a ‘Best Practice’ approach that will fit in with your current business objectives and adjust the Customer Service culture in specific areas so that it is brought into alignment with business objectives?

    I assume that this would also raise some points regarding other aspects of business that would also need to be addressed?

    Or am I reading your request wrong?

    I can supply a number of suggestions in customer relationship management and developing organisational strength via this aspect.

  3. leading edge customer service
    I think you are referring to ‘branding’ your organisation through customer service. This requires research into your customer’s experiences in dealing with your company, and a mapping your current processes against what they want.   4. Consultancy with experience of successful OD improving customer
    Hi Steve

    I have done some work for an organisation called MI Research which has involved the sort of work you mention. There is an on-going project with a financial services group and a currentone with an IT support company. Both involve bringing about a cultural change.
