I am in the middle of my Cert in Training Practice and my project is assessing how I can introduce a coaching/skill sharing scheme within my organisation.
It would be great to hear from any organisations who can provide insight into this process and provide any guidance or advice.

May I suggest you ctc your local Prince’s Trust. They use voluntary business mentors to good effect.

I would also suggest that you contact your local Council for Voluntary Services or Volunteer Centre as they will also have contacts in the voluntary sector that will help
