Lunchtime Fun at Annual Conference

default-16x9

My team is currently organising the annual conference for Risk professionals. It will be quite heavy going in the morning with an assembly of speakers covering all elements of Risk and annual objectives etc..

The event is being held in a museum and over the lunchtime period we would like to create a fun activity that colleagues can participate in (which is optional). This will give them a breather from work based conversation and give all a chance to look around the museum.

I thought about a treasure hunt, collect a letter and unscrambling to give a Risk based slogan but can anyone think of anything different?

Lunch should be about an hour.

  1. Sounds fun
    Hi

I think your treasure hunt idea is great – especially if you can link it to the risk theme.

Another activity might be to find exhibits connected to certain themes. So for example they have to find something that illustrates ‘minimising risk’ or ‘protective clothing’ or whatever. They can make the link themselves. Prizes for the most creative ideas.
Keep it simple and fun with the emphasis on team/networking.

But an hour is not long you know – maybe they would be just as happy to have some lunch and a walk round!
    Hope it goes well
