I need to arrange a series of 1 or 2 minute video clips showing various work encounters between 2 or more staff members. The idea will be to display good and less good behaviour. Can anyone point me towards an organisation that could do this?

I would highly recommend the team at http://www.startledbunny.com/ as they have done some excellent work for me, and can provide multiple camera angles if required (unusual for a ‘lower cost’ provider).
The team here are good – they train BBC camera teams!
