Measuring e-learner satisfaction and motivation

default-16x9

We are about to run an intervention study providing learndirect learners with an online mentor. These mentors will provide general advice and encourage learners to achieve their learning goals in a way that parallels the general support available to learners in Learning centres. We have noticed that many learners start with a burst of enthusiasm that wanes until they are no longer actively participating in the courses. We are hoping that this intervention will improve learner motivation and course satisfaction - hence my search for questionnaires that will allow us to compare learners receiving online mentoring with those who do not. I do not mind whether they are paper format or suitable for online delivery. Thank you for any help, Fiona
