Mining tacit knowledge

Has anyone experience or knowledge of the HR and legal aspects of collecting and recording employees' tacit knowledge?

One Response

  1. Not sure…

What an interesting question – I’m sorry you didn’t get any responses.

Could you perhaps be a little more explicit? I mean, are you aiming to build a company knowledge base, for example?

If so I’d strongly recommend this book:

The Knowledge Management Fieldbook by Wendi R. Bukowitz & Ruth L. Williams

as a well-written and pretty comprehensive introduction to the subject with plenty of practical advice, checklists, etc.

    Best wishes

    Andy B.
