Our training company provides motivational training for long term unemployed people. The training lasts 3 days and includes looking and applying for work. It is not accredited. We have been told of a similar training program being run called something like 'Pacific Institute' has anyone heard of this? I'd like to find out more about it and how successful it is. Any other suggestions on rolling out this type of training would be appreciated, especially how we can use this to integrate with our basic skills program for the same client group.
