Training needs solutions
I find some of the forms available for free on the businessballs.com website are very useful. By scrolling down the list on the left you will find training needs analysis. There is a detailed excel programme that can be used to dtermine strengths and weaknesses and even has a graph to protray the results. It also has various other forms based on the SMART principle which I find useful too.
