5. Recruitment and Selection Training
   I would certainly recommend a company in Manchester called “recruit quality with equality and diversity.” They offer a straightforward package tailored to our needs which included an A to Z of the recruitment and selection process from deciding to fill a vacancy to subsequent “joined up” thinking to the initial induction and longer term training/development programme for the individual.The course was lively with creative actvities and not just the mock interviews!And better still,they equality proofed all stages of the process against a locality focus based on our job market with demographics and the UK too. We are also in receipt of their 12 month after care service. I don’t think they provide a certification or academic qualification route nor did we ask them for anything other than interview based selection modules. But I am sure they would tell you.

   I have used a recruitment consultant in my organisation for three years now for ensuring that my managers are able to select the best poeple for a number of graduate entry schemes which I manage.
