I am looking for some examples of L&D project sign off templates to ensure that a belts and braces approach is adopted at all times!  I'd like to get a really robust process in place for a range of projects that have numerous sponsors/ stakeholders/subject matter experts/internal/external consultants involved.  Thank you.
