I sourced this some time ago as our policies has been in place for some time. We had a real eye opener! We used http://www.tbdglobal.com and they used the day ( designed it with us) to examine what we had in place, re-write and deal with implementation. It was all on our own needs and it made a real difference to the way we work now.
They gave us insight into how this policy needs to comply with other policies in place as well as identfying areas where it was not clear.
The work we did with them on job specs and person specs also enables us to clearly meet our business needs.
They were recommended to us. They do awareness sessions in a whole range of other stuff too so try them for the other query as some of their tutors work with a number of support groups to victims in this area.
