Am searching for any computerized and/or not computerized program which measures the effectiveness of sales training programs. Specific reference would be to retail sales -- any time of retail. General, account selling also of interest. Basically am both an independent consultatnt and a university faculty member in the field of retail sales plus communication, marketing, public relations. Any programs that have been used to measure as per above, sales training, plus any programs that measure effectiveness of anything to do with selling -- there's a moment of humour there, fellow trainers and educators.
