it all depends what YOU want out of it….
…..are you looking as a principal to form a contract with a sole or multiple suppliers?
…or are you a consultancy provider looking to form a contract with your clients?
….or your staff deliverers?
…or associate and subcontract deliverers?
Who will own the intellectual property of the course content?
Which party will be providing the venues and delivery "equipment" (PC, projector, screens, manuals, handouts etc)
…will there be any link between delivery and outcomes?
The answers to these questions (and more) will dictate the length, complexity and format of the agreement….and that is even before you think about getting a legally qualified person involved!
